Change projection in qgis
WebNormally QGIS does not accept custom oblique projections (lat_0 does not work for the vast majority of projections), but, thanks to this StackExchange post from 2024 I figured out a way to set up a projection which transforms the shapes to get the desired result. First, go to this link and set up the map the way you like it.
