WebI registered for it but god, it's a stupid. $200 will pay for very little for kids who actually need catching up (high school math tutors are $$$!). My kindergartener does not really need catching up. But there's 100 kindergarteners in his school. The school could probably do something pretty cool and useful with $20k x 9 grades.
