WebMay 26, 2011 · So, I was wondering if a Progressive Suspension 5th Element Shock Spring would do the job. If you guys want to see what it is go onto Chain Reaction Cycles and look it up in the Rear Shocks section. I will be getting the 190mm eye to eye Manitou Metel R 2006 wih a 50mm stroke. Specifically how you get to the insides of it? hey its pretty straightforward, plus those shocks use an o-ring for a seal so you can just switch it out, at least around here its a lot easier to find the right oring v/s hunting for tiny oil seals. btw what do you mean with blown?
